Robert Puckett, Chairman.  Bob turned his energetic leadership to his family’s printing business after coaching the Owensboro, Kentucky high school cross country team to five state championships and two runner-up trophies in seven years. He spearheaded the growth of the nearly century–old printing company from a respectable six–figure–a–year enterprise to a multi–million dollar one. Named to Kentucky’s Coaches Hall of Fame, Business of the Year award, Owensboro Downtown Development, Chamber of Commerce, Hospital Foundation and charity boards, Bob coached every team that he led to outstanding achievements

Terry Martin, President.  During his 25 years of successful direct sales, Terry excelled as CEO, owner, distributor, publisher, motivational speaker, and consultant. A master distributor, he earned the top salesman of the year award after joining a ten–year–old company in mid-year. An early achiever, he was the youngest Eagle Scout ever chosen to host foreign-speaking scouts to the 1967 World Jamboree. A salesman from top to bottom, he knows that if distributors don’t make money, neither does he. Rick Maike, Vice President.  Five years building profitable direct sales organizations. Five years in their home offices. Six years growing his own gourmet food distribution business from an $80,000 to a $3,000,000 a year operation. That’s how Rick learned the importance of service to distributors. Suppliers and shippers listen when he gives them a delivery date. Rick designed the company’s proprietary Binary Tracking Software. He is currently the Kentucky State Sporting Clays Champion , as well as, a three-time member of the Outdoor All-American Sporting Clays Team and one of only five people in the US to break 100 out of 100 in sporting clays.

Angela Leonard, Director of Operations.  Angela brings her experience tracking statistics for the Kansas Supreme Court, plus a background in executive compensation and employee payroll to Healing America.com where she administers the sales and bonus plan. In Kansas, she tracked statistics for the state’s 350 municipal courts and oversaw certification training for all the judges. For the first international telecommunications company to roll out the new PCS wireless cellular phone system, Angela set up executive benefits and compensation plans and made sure the company’s 2500 employees were paid accurately.
